How to report

Email corrections@clinicadefertilidade.pt with (1) the affected URL, (2) the excerpt you believe is wrong and (3) the source supporting the correction. We acknowledge within 1 working day and respond within 5 working days.

Types of change

  • Correction

Factual error: wrong data, misread source, swapped number. Flagged inline and at the foot of the article.

  • Update

New evidence, new regulation or new clinic price. Adds a 'Last updated' date.

  • Clarification

Ambiguous wording rewritten without changing meaning. No inline flag.

  • Retraction

Severe failure: article replaced by an explanatory note linking to the archived original.

Who can request

Anyone: reader, patient, clinic, health professional, journalist. We treat clinic and reader requests with the same editorial standard.

Public log

Each correction is logged with date, URL, brief description and an archived version of the previous wording. The editor-in-chief personally reviews escalations.
